Extra virgin olive oil frantoio

This is an oil obtained by cold pressing frantoio variety olives grown in our olive grove. The resulting oil is medium-fruity with colour tending to green and with a hint of almonds. The taste is initially sweet with bitter and spicy notes, medium-light intensity and an almond aftertaste. The fragrance is intense and this oil has a personality all its own. At the NYIOOC, it took the Best in Class 2017 South Hemisphere Monovarietal Medium award.
